When you purchase our core plan, we’ll give you access to our member dashboard. Here, you’ll complete an in-depth sleep questionnaire, then keep a sleep diary over the course of a few nights. You’ll then be ready to use your Home Sleep Study kit in the comfort of your own home.

Once you’ve completed this our team will assess your sleep history along with the information the HSS kit provides, and follow up with you in a friendly and supportive consultation. You’ll then be given a tailor-made action plan that fits your lifestyle.

Create your SleepCo account

Build your sleep breathing profile by completing an in-depth questionnaire and filling in a daily sleep diary form found in your dashboard.

Receive and use your Home Sleep Study (HSS) kit

Once you have completed the above you will at this time have also received your Home Sleep Study sensor kit and we’ll ask you to download the HSS app and use it alongside your sensors for 3 nights to build a clearer picture of your sleep.
